A wild plant and a wine concept that interprets the vineyard, to better express it in the glass. Vivid colour, with aromas of fresh fruit such as cherry, blackberry and some cassis, well supported by aromas of spices such as coffee and vanilla, which gives it complexity and finesse.

In the mouth it is fresh, with aromatic notes of red fruits, balanced acidity, soft and velvety tannins, making it elegant, with a long and persistent finish. Balanced, it promises longevity. Perfect with cod, octopus, white and game meats, duck, semi-cured and cured cheeses, sausages and some pastas.
